Noodle Q Home Style Fresh Noodles

I haven't been here over 2 years maybe longer. It's definitely under new ownership and I'm pretty sure it's not Asian. The famous Sichuan Beef soup is not the same. Light in flavor, not spicy enough and definitely none to little pepper corn. Beef is tender but flavor and noodles are not the same. They use to make noodles fresh daily as they go however the noodles we had seems to be pre-made from 1-2 days ago at the least. It was pretty hard and not fresh in taste. It is no longer authentic. We use to come here a lot so we are aware of how their food use to taste and it's quality. Its not terrible but it's not authentic.

The restaurant is very spacious and clean. Smells good in there. The waitress is very kind and helpful. The food here is excellent and the bowl of vegetable soup is delicious. This serving is a lot and will feed two people. A great place to eat lunch or dinner. It's in a good location. There's a gas station on the corner. Another restaurant nearby and a smoke shop in the same parking lot. Walmart is down the street over the Freeway 41 Bridge. I do recommend eating at this place. Especially, if you like or love eating vegetables and eating healthy.

I order the wonton noodle soup when I feel like something warm and yummy, but don't feel like cooking. We also ordered it for my family when everyone was sick, and we've gotten it takeout before too. My old roommate really likes the hot oil wontons, and would save the chili oil to use for other recipes.

Utterly pleasant surprise. Nice, clean inside. You get to watch them make the fresh noodles. Great service. Sechwan beef bowl brith was savory, flavorful and the right amount of spice. Definitely will return.

Fried rice had little to no meat at all ,medium low flavor but for 12$ not worth. Braised beef was too over cooked but the sauce was decent i guess.
