Noodles Company - Réservation de table

I have attempted to dine at this restaurant several times, hoping that my experience would improve after a bad first visit. I am a fan of pasta and typically enjoy Noodles & Co., but this particular location has left me unimpressed. The building itself is in poor condition, with dirty walls, sticky tables, a messy soda machine, and food and trash scattered on the floor. The light fixtures are covered in cobwebs and the walls appear greasy. In terms of the food, my orders have never been correct. When I ask for a modification, they remove all toppings and provide me with plain noodles and sauce. The noodles are consistently overcooked and slimy, and despite dining in, the food arrives cold. Ordered dinner for delivery and they brought everything but the most expensive meal. My meal. They refuse to do anything other than refund me for my meal. What about the $8 tip I left. Or the delivery charge I paid. Not only that but their employee &manager were rude. They tell me I have to call Door Dash. Yea because it?s their fault that YOU forgot my food! Just pathetic!My husband and I order from there ALOT. You can see with our apps and rewards how much we order. You really don?t want to make aloyal customer happy. Never again!!! And never once was an apology given!

I am giving this Mt. Pleasant location one star. Every time I order food from here, I end up with disappointing noodles. In my most recent visit, I ordered the Penne Rosa with no mushrooms, but the dish also came with no spinach. The noodles were dry because there was hardly any sauce on them. The portion was small, leaving me hungry after finishing my meal. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after multiple disappointing experiences, I felt it was necessary to speak up. If you're craving Noodles and Co, I would recommend avoiding this location to avoid disappointment.

Great service and great food. Enjoy the variety of selections offered. Of you haven't tried it yet still in and enjoy a bowl of your choosing. Pasta Fresca with whole grain noodles, extra spinach and tomatoes is my favorite. Réservez une table maintenant

My food was cold. The place was not clean at all. All so took the lady 10 min to take our order there was all so 2 people in front of me one walked out. was just there a few months ago and it was good not sure what happen.

Great food great service every single time!!! Love when there's coupons, so it's more affordable for our family. We've tried the majority of the menu over the last couple years you can't go wrong.

I ordered the Wisconsin Mac n Cheese and all I got was a small amount of shredded cheese on top. I paid $8 and tipped $2 for just plain noodles. When I called the store, no one answered.

The food is always good there. Love the steak and noodle bowl. The meatballs are delicious also. One of my favorite places to eat Réservez une table maintenant
