Before I went vegan, I loved dining at Noodles and Company, so I was thrilled to discover that they offer vegan options. I usually order their Japanese Pan Noodles with tofu since I don't need to make any modifications to keep it vegan. The way they cook their tofu is impeccable—it always has the perfect crispiness on the outside. While there are a few other dishes that can be adapted to be vegan, the Japanese Pan Noodles are definitely my favorite. I always add broccoli for an extra $1.00 because the dish could use a bit more greens.

I expected it to be just average, but it turned out to be delicious and quite a generous portion. Definitely check it out if you’re in the area. I wouldn’t make a special trip just for it, but if I’m nearby, I’d certainly stop in again.

Good portion size, consistent product and service at all locations. It's nice to go to the chain restaurant where you can count when you travel.
