We were seated in a booth that could have used a thorough cleaning, so we wiped away the crumbs ourselves. The meatball appetizers were flavorful, but they seemed smaller than I remembered. I wasn't a fan of the dumplings; they were overloaded with cilantro, which made them less enjoyable for me. However, my husband really liked the cheesy garlic bread! As for my basil pesto pasta, it was somewhat lacking in sauce and flavor, but it was still acceptable. The next day, I added some basil pesto to the leftovers, and that made a significant improvement. Overall, I probably won’t be back anytime soon—it's just not as appealing as it used to be. "Lackluster" is a fitting description.
I visited this restaurant a few days ago and encountered an employee I frequently see but had never learned his name until now. This time, I was warmly greeted by Gianni, who took my order. He was exceptionally kind and patient, especially with my son, who is autistic. His understanding demeanor truly made our experience unforgettable. I sincerely appreciated being served by such a wonderful young man. Thank you, Gianni—Noodles and Co is fortunate to have you! I hope management acknowledges your outstanding service, which sets a great example for the rest of the team. My son and I will definitely return soon!
This restaurant needs an immediate inspection, and the chef should be replaced! The mac and cheese was more like chunks of cheese mixed with undercooked noodles—not at all what I anticipated. It really should be called mac and cottage cheese because that’s precisely what it resembled! This location clearly requires a sanitation check. Just look at the other reviews; it seems that many patrons have encountered similar problems!
I do not recommend visiting the Noodles & Company location in Norridge off Harlem. They overloaded my bowl with noodles, making it impossible to properly mix my Mac and Cheese. Despite being one of the only customers in the restaurant, they didn’t make any effort to fix the issue. If I hadn’t been on the clock, I would have returned to demand a refund. This is not a good spot to try the Noodles & Company menu.

I recently visited this restaurant and ordered the prosciutto and chicken tortellini. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed to find that there was no meat in the pasta whatsoever, and it was incredibly watered down. If I had known there would be no meat, I definitely wouldn't have ordered it. What a letdown!
I had a disappointing visit to Noodles & Company. The general manager, Brandy, was rude and dismissive. When I tried to share my concerns about the pasta being dry, she interrupted me instead of apologizing. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. I won’t be returning or spending my money here again.
I had the pulled pork mac and cheese, and it was absolutely delicious! I ordered a regular size, which was quite large, and my husband was really happy that I brought some leftovers home!
I ordered from Uber and found the butter noodles to be quite dry, with very little sauce. If I wanted plain noodles, I could have easily made them myself at home.

I tried the California rigatoni, while my companion opted for the pad thai. Both dishes were delightful!
