My friends and I went there with our Toddlers. So many amazing things happened. Both boys (under 3 years old) successfully used chopsticks by themselves! When one of the boys got sick and threw up, the staff was on top of it! They even brought the boy a new meal because he was still hungry. I owe this amazing experience to Zak. His service was impeccable. The rest of the staff was incredible as well! Sadly I know only one other staff member's name, Owen. He was a great server! Every restaurant should hold their staff's standards of service to the degree of the staff at Noodles Company in Deerfield. Thank you Zak! You made this a dinner my friends and I will NEVER forget.
I want to extend my gratitude to the entire team at this Noodles location. My daughter and I arrived just before closing, but the staff welcomed us with smiles and excellent service, despite their preparations to close for the night. They truly went above and beyond, and we greatly appreciated their outstanding customer service during such a late hour. We will definitely return, but hopefully at an earlier time! Overall, we had a fantastic experience here. Thank you!
The restaurant was very clean and welcoming. The staff was nice and knowledgeable about their menu and had a good recommendation for my meal. Overall I like the restaurant but it seems way overpriced for the amount of food you receive. I spent 13$ on asmall bowl (it is a very small bowl) and a fountain drink. That's all, nothing else.... It does come out fast but with the smallamount of food they give you, I'd hope it doesn't take long.
We've visited this Noodles Co. quite a few times in the past few months—possibly too many while house hunting in the area. Overall, this location is above average. The service has been excellent, and I really appreciate how the manager inquires if you're vegan when you request no cheese, just to ensure your needs are met. They also maintain a clean and tidy environment.
Nice spot for noodles. It's a chain restaurant, so there's nothing too special, but the food is always good. Staff is fast and friendly. It can get very busy during the dinner rush, but things move quickly here, so you rarely have to wait for lunch. They have a great variety, making it easy to please everyone in a large group.
