I ordered via online and went to pick it up and eat it at the place and thank god I did because the noodles were undercooked to a point it was raw. I went to the front and politely asked them to cook it but I believe they took it and microwaved it because it was loose but still hard in the middle and the meat is way too chewy to eat. I understand the lack of staff and it is hard to find workers but this is unacceptable in any way. I doubt management and ownership will do nothing but anyone who's going to this place needs to know. Go there with a grain of salt. There are other cheap ways to get food other than this place.
So they force the kids to take a juice and do not give them a bottled water option. This is my first time here at this locations but all the surrounding locals normally gives me water when asked. When asked when they had cleaned the fountain no response I have drank wanter from a dirty soda fountain before and landed in the hospital. Needless to say I will drive the additional 3.3 miles to the other accommodating location.
We used to go to the one near us and we finally stopped after we found strange stuff in our food and we got sick consecutively . Then we tried the Fair Lakes location and it was like night and day. Great customer service and the food was good. My food was not ready and the staff offered me a drink and a cookie. Positive experience all around.
I ordered the Alfredo MontAmore with Parmesan-Crusted Chicken, but unfortunately there was no chicken included. Additionally, I requested extra sauce which was also missing. I'm very disappointed that I paid $20 for a dish that only consisted of noodles and zucchini.

Always a great choice. Quick and flavorful. Can't go wrong with any of the dishes. The store is always extremely clean. You can tell the folks here take pride in their store.
The food at Noodles and Company is consistently excellent, and the service is fast and convenient. I am never disappointed when dining there.
I have had this food before, but this time it was very disappointing. All three meals were dry and a waste of my money.
Food was okay. The cheese wasnt melted all the way through so we had to reheat it in the microwave.
