When I went up to order the cashier had ear buds hanging off his ears. Not engaged and there was an awkward silence of about a minute after he asked me if I wanted plasticware(and I answered) where he just stared at me until he realized he needed to hit a button so I could complete my order. It was a pretty rough experience overall. The lobby was full of people waiting, with one person complaining of their wait time. When I got home I realized they got my order wrong too ? If I come here again, I won't make the mistake of not ordering ahead of time.

Additionally, it is not an independent business but a subsidiary of Tyson Foods, which supplies their chicken. Tyson Foods is the leading water polluter in its agribusiness sector and uses land equivalent to two Rhode Islands to cultivate crops for their caged animals. I urge you not to support them; please consider boycotting. These claims are verifiable—feel free to look them up.
Chelsea, the supervisor, is consistently friendly, welcoming, and has a wonderfully positive attitude. I visit this place regularly, and one day last month, I was having a tough day. She offered me a hug, which really meant a lot and went above and beyond in terms of customer service. She and her team are truly exceptional. The food is always fresh, healthy, and delicious. My personal favorite is the Spicy Penne Rosa Pasta with Parmesan Chicken. I highly recommend this Noodles location. Thank you!
I was having a really tough day today and was craving noodles to lift my spirits. The young woman at the front was incredibly cheerful and friendly; I’ve never encountered such a warm person before. I can’t recall her name, but she had a cute red ribbon in her hair. The world could use more people like her! I hope to return soon so I can thank her in person for making my bad day so much better!

The individual who I ordered and paid from was extremely rude. She first had over the ear headphones on so I assume she could not hear anything I said. She did not greet me or say a single word until when I ordered she asked me again what I wanted I assume because she had headphones on. Once she got it she entered it and walked away while I paid with my card. Extremely rude.
Slow, slow, slow! Waited over 1 hour! for my order. I can’t even believe it. Avoid this location at all costs! Another noodles is only 15 minutes down the road.
came here two times now. service sucks. super slow. often mess up things. ordered extra sauce didn't get my sauce. theres other better noodles.
Good service. Tried something new and it was very good. And the restaurant was clean.
