I have been a customer here for almost a year now and the men that takes the orders all of the time, has a nasty and disgusting attitude. He gets upset for no reason and doesn’t have good communication skills. Bubble tea was pretty good albeit a bit pricey compared to other places even in the city. The variety and options were decent. I got 2 bubble teas. I would have rated higher but the guy taking the order acted like he would rather be anywhere but taking our order. He was curt and sighing the entire time and when our drinks were ready he tossed down the straws and walked away. It’s safe to say that I’ll NEVER be back. The guy who takes the orders and works the register is so rude over the phone and in person. Customer service means a lot when you’re spending your hard earned money anywhere you go. After reading the reviews of how dirty and disgusting this place is too, it’s a definite NO for me dog.

Poor service. Pricey. Food quality is poor. We were served with warm water, no ice. I would not recommend this place! Don’t waste your time and money here.. They need improvement in customer service and food quality. Like another reviewer says I would rate ZERO if there’s a choice! Réservez une table maintenant

Food did not taste good, then we found a piece of plastic in our Pho. Staff was extremely rude. When I was leaving I did not leave a tip because of it and the guy just kept saying “Cash tip? Cash tip?”

Great time of year for a great bowl of PHO. PRO Tip, Mini Pho #136? Is plenty for me and too much for my wife most times. If I'm really hungry we will get some extra meat for $4.

DISGUSTING. The worst most disgusting place ever. Staff are so dirty and have a horrible attitude. Dirty plates every where and it smells!
