Loved the food here! We got the pig ear, popcorn chicken, intestine egg noodle, and beef rice noodle with green peppers. The pig ear had a thicker oil coating than we're used to, so we probably wouldn't get it again but it was still good. The popcorn chicken came in large chunks and had fried basil. I finally had the chance to try this place. Had been craving clear broth soup. My husband ordered the Taiwanese Braised Beef Noodle Soup. He liked it a lot. Paid $2 to add a hard boiled egg. The portion was a good size and ingredients were fresh. I ordered the wonton in chicken soup. My portion was less than half of my husband's and soup was not piping hot. I’m one of the other person at noodology 3/23 around 7:50pm who experienced an awful and terrible service from this guy named Jimmy. We would definitely pursue this matter to the end until we get a satisfactory response and action from this restaurant! At the meantime, we will keep spreading such serious problem to other platforms such as Facebook, instagram, red book, WeChat and etc. We are looking forward to get a respected, equally treated responses and action from the owner soon. I'm not sure how this restaurant has received such high ratings. I wouldn’t recommend the chicken mushroom noodles—they use old chicken that looks and tastes stale, and it was really dry. The tomato beef noodle dish was disappointing as well. The only redeeming quality of the Chongqing beef noodles was the tender beef, but the soup itself was underwhelming. The service was also lacking. Overall, my experience was quite disappointing. Don't be misled by the high ratings.
The noodles were quite good, but the beef had a taste reminiscent of goat or sheep, which I really didn't enjoy and couldn't finish. While the broth was acceptable, I had to leave that as well. However, the online ordering and delivery were impressively quick. I did enjoy the herbal tea and would definitely order that again. Overall, I'd prefer to try something different rather than order the hot and sour beef soup again.
I had to depend on Yelp reviews and photos to decide what to order since the menu lacks descriptions, and the staff wasn't very engaging. When I tried to get a waitress's attention to place my order, she simply pointed to the barcode on the table. Apparently, I was supposed to order from my phone, which I didn't realize. Luckily, the soup was incredible; otherwise, I might not return!
I've been coming here every so often for the past three or so years.My favorite thing to get is the Guiling Hot and Sour soup. There's a good amount of other options to try to but that's always been my go-to.I definitely recommend this place!

They offers the easiest way to get happy tummy in Irvine. The order will be ready with in 10mins. The taste is average and satisfying. I think it is perfect enough for ppl who just want a quick lunch immediately.
