The store management seems extremely unmotivated and overwhelmed by the lack of customers. You can always have a bad day, but here it's taken out on the customers. Unfortunately, grumpy grumbling and grim expressions were a constant feature. Eye contact and customer friendliness were completely lacking. The portion is relatively small for the price, but the food was nevertheless very tasty and highly recommended.
Alot of noise from other people and the kitchen. I asked for no mushrooms but they still put them in the dish. When I went to tell them they apologies and quickly made a new one, so even tho mistakes was made, they made up for it. Good service. Sidenote: I even left my bag inside the restaurant by accident and they chased after me to deliver my lost purchased to me.
The food was okay... but expensive. The service wasn't great. The young adults were unenthusiastic, and it showed. If you had a question, they ignored it and only answered it the third time. And it wasn't just me. The people in front of me had the same experience. Too bad.
Nice place with good food. Nice spa and swimming area Unfortunately there was no heat in the room. Strange that so close to Denmark there is not a single Danish TV station on their TV. Only 1 English BBC World. Otherwise approx. 26 German. Réservez une table maintenant
The worst fast food that I’ve seen in Germany. Shrimps&Chips, costs 7€, and for that price you receive one box of chips with 3 little shrimps, in that case I think this menu position needs to be named as a Chips with a little bit shrimps
In addition to the fish burger menu, there were other dishes available. The food was delicious, there was no wait, and the staff were very friendly. There was plenty of seating inside and outside.
Fast food buffet. All products are sold in the form of sandwiches. Beer prices are high, buy it yourself from the supermarket and it will cost you 1/3 of the price.
Fish burger with fries, ketchup, and a drink for €10.99. The burger is quite small and, like the fries, was only lukewarm. What a pity. Réservez une table maintenant
I would recommend everyone to go to Neumünster. Shopping and dining are fun there.
