My coworker was looking for something tasty to eat for lunch today from Nordstrom Grill and found something she wanted on the online menu. She called to order it and Sierra told her it no longer exists on the menu. As if this wouldn 't be confusing enough, Sierra then hung up on her when she asked if there was anything comparable that she could order instead. We went in to order instead which is where we found Sierra barely playing hostess and looking very unkempt. She greeted us with a plain hello so underwhelming that i had almost forgotten it by the time i could begin this review. As she watched my coworker struggle to find something on the menu, she offered no help or interest in finding...
This place is tucked away on the 3rd floor of Nordstrom in Beachwood mall so unless you know about it, you won't know about it. Good service, good food what else can you ask for? There was 4 of us so we got to try number of things. Between my wife and I, we tried their soup of the day (tomato bisque), brussels sprouts frite, heirloom tomatoes and burrata, chicken tacos and one of their salads. The couple that was with us, had the soup of the day and couple salads as well. We all truly enjoyed what we had.
While on a shopping trip, we stumbled upon a restaurant called The Grill that we had never tried before. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent food and top-notch service. The prices were a bit on the high side, but reasonable. I ordered the prime sandwich with fries and my partner had the fish and chips. The coleslaw was especially delicious, with a unique sauce that we really enjoyed. Overall, a great find in the mall food court!
My group of 6 went to this restaurant for a light dinner. I ordered a seafood soup while the others got dinner salads. They also offer sandwiches and burgers. The food and service were both good. A major bonus was that it wasn't too crowded on a Friday night, as it mainly serves mall patrons. This restaurant is a great spot to unwind after a long day of shopping! I tried the most delicious turkey and avocado sandwich here that I've ever had. It was full of flavor and left me feeling satisfied. The fries were tasty too, although I wished there were more sauce choices. I also love the mac and cheese here. The only downside is that many menu items seem to be high in calories, which is a bit puzzling to me.
This restaurant feels like a second home to me. I always smile when I receive my coffee here. Even though I have moved to New York, my best memories are tied to the personal touch and incredible taste of their amazing coffee. The staff are friendly, genuine people who always strive to offer the best experience for their customers.
Went for a pre Christmas Sunday brunch. I Had the best of The Onion soup and it was delicious. My son had the prime rib au jus and my wife the chicken salad and all were very happy with our selections. Our server was friendly and efficient. Thank you for a delightful lunch.
