Was visiting from Colorado and took the family here for breakfast. The server we got kept mishearing everything we said. And they ran out of things but never mentioned it until after it was served and was asked about. She was very forgetful as well. Had to ask for a drink because it wasn’t brought, then had to wait for condiments that took her a while to come around to ask for some. Place wasn’t that busy that you’d think maybe she was stressed out, she was just trying to do everything fast and multitask while forgetting about things we asked for. Nolan, the so-called "manager," is a complete disappointment. He overlooked my elderly mother while she patiently waited to be acknowledged. When she finally expressed her desire to place a takeout order, he claimed he would get the manager and never returned. Fortunately, another server eventually checked on my mom and assisted her. My mom mentioned that the previous staff member had said the manager would be taking her order, only to realize that it was Nolan himself. It's disheartening to see how some establishments lack basic empathy for their customers.

I had to take a moment to leave a review for Paula! She is, without a doubt, the best server at this Norms. Paula is quick and incredibly attentive, providing excellent service every time. We only choose to sit with her because of her upbeat attitude, which truly enhances our dining experience. Spending my money feels so much more enjoyable thanks to her. She absolutely deserves recognition from the company!
The steaks were undercooked when we requested them to be well done, but everything else we ordered was delicious—even the lemonades were fantastic! However, I did notice that prices have gone up.

The tables were dirty, and my burger tasted like it had been reheated from the previous night. Norm's just isn't as good as it used to be. My last three visits have been disappointing.
