The restaurant has really declined quickly! The quality of the food is poor, and the portion sizes are only half of what they used to be. On Monday, March 25th, I tried to order online, but the website said it was closed for online orders even though it stated it was open. This is the third time I've experienced this frustration! Additionally, I noticed that prices have gone up on the website—there's no longer any affordable fish and chips here. Now it costs over $20 for just basic NZ Hake! Service: Takeout. Meal type: Dinner.
AWFUL! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Ordered fish and chips for two (snapper, chips, crab sticks, squid). Disgusting chips. Un-edible! Small, dry, no taste; seemed old and the worst part is, is that I ordered them for my elderly grandparents who were also VERY DISAPPOINTED! Will never go back. Owner needs to look at the reviews where several others are saying the same thing. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!
The restaurant serves high-quality fish that's cooked perfectly, complemented by excellent service. You can truly savor your meal while soaking in the ocean views along the West Coast Drive. Overall rating: Food - 4/5, Service - 4/5, Atmosphere - 5/5. Highly recommended!
