The wait time was long, so it is recommended to make a reservation in advance to avoid a wait of an hour or more. We dined here tonight with my son outside on the patio just outside the bar area. Although it was a bit expensive the food was really good, staff were very friendly and drinks were excellent! We got the truffle bread and the meatball appetizer and bothwere very good. I mean like REALLY good! the place was disappointing. When can they ever start an Italian restaurant from basil? after the order of a margherita pizza, our server came back to apologize that they had run out of basil. unacceptable and as a manager, even if they have to run and buy the items from the local market; they simply never put themselves in a position to say that they ran out of such a basic ingredient on an Italian place. we did not order a cheese on the kinderburger and came back with cheese. it seems as if they weren't really watching and two glasses super tuscan at $46.00 was obscene. that's not over.
We all enjoyed the food. Nothing to do with North Italia but Dadeland Mall is using the nearest parking area for valet parking with self park at $10.00. It was mostly empty. We had to parking in the garage about 400 yards away. This is ridiculous and as the tenant you should push back on this greedy valet situation.

My overall experience was good. The restaurants atmosphere has a good vibe and the food was tasty. The service plates could be hotter and the servers could be more attentive to customers. The manager inquired about my meal and was very pleasant to speak with. Keep improving and great things will happen!
The restaurant is lovely. The main course I ordered was enjoyable, but the desserts were exceptional. Our family tried the budino together and it was incredible! It's like a custard on the bottom with a layer of caramel and a rich whipped cream on top.
Always on point! The atmosphere is beautiful, the temperature is just right, and the service is exceptional. The food is delicious, and the portion sizes are perfect.
Amazing service and great quality food. You can tell this isnt a restaurant that was started in Florida as money does not appear to be its purpose.
