Northern Lights Cafe, Jordan

Jillian EXCEEDED our expectations. Unfortunately, after a horrible customer service experience at the Grand Summit (in Sunday River Resort she did all she could to resolute the terrible service we received specifically from SK and Miche at the front desk at Grand Summit (terrible attitude, lazy, not present, etc. Jillian is the epitome of what it means to have pride in your job. Smooth, quick, and she clearly CARES. She saved our weekend, because we were considering leaving completely and heading back home.

Great service here. Its slow in the offseason so its nice to get the hot tub and pool to yourself. Winter season is awesome with ski in/out, spa, hot tub, sauna, restaurant conveniently located at the hotel. We prefer it over the Summit which can get a bit overcrowded. The staff at the Jordan is the most friendly and helpful compared to the other New England ski resorts we been to. Not as posh as Stow but much better skiing and alot more homey . Highly recommended.

Cozy slopeside accomodations and super friendly front desk staff made for a wonderful stay! Even during Covid the hotel managed to keep the hot tub open (20 minute reserved time slots for individual groups) and offered a delicious sit-down breakfast all while keeping everyone safe. I also greatly appreciated the ski check. Our stay was absolutely perfect and we can't wait to come back!

I had a facial and body scrub at the Jordan Spa. The services themselves were ok. The atmosphere was terrible. Spa rooms are right next to the gym and pool. Lots of noise and children running around. Not relaxing at all. Boston higher end spa prices for that, no thanks.

I loved this place its very clean quite and they give a wonderful service, absolutely I'm going again
