Northern Quarter - Réserver une table

I had wanted to visit this eatery as I had heard they hosted live music. The atmosphere was comfortable and the unique art creations on the wall were very cool! That was the best part of our time there. Our server took about 3-4 minutes to welcome us in and there was only one other table occupied. She seemed indifferent to our patronage. We each had a drink which were satisfactory. We decided to share 4 appy plates between 3 of us...1 woman/2 men. First was Olive, Fig Tapenade Toast- which was very dry and very little topping with very little flavor considering it had goat cheese which usually packs a punch of flavor 3 pieces for $10. A couple of week ago we met a musician who said she would be performing on Thursday. We decided it would be interesting to go, have dinner and listen to her music. First off we noticed we were the oldest by at least 20 years. It was a reminder of our 1960's coffee houses on steroids. Food is eclectic and oriented toward the unusual healthy side. It was delicious, but somewhat limited in choices (to our taste). Music was a little loud even though we were far away from the stage. For the younger crowd, this is an in spot. For us older (70's+), a little over the top.

The food and service are always amazing at this restaurant. We were a group of six - which gave us plenty of opportunity to share all the appetizers. We ended up ordering almost two of everything - it was that good. The drink prices are decent as well. Service was excellent and attentive. We go here quite a bit - and would higher recommend it. The wings are always flavourful; the lamb terrine and liver toasts were delish!!! The condiments are all house made - and unique. Put it on your to do list.The feature foxglove donut was amazing!!!

We tried this restaurant for the first time Valentines Day for the last show of the Django festival. The even ran seemlessly. I can't believe that I had not found this gem earlier. Looking forward to testing out more dishes.

Although not an extensive menu, there is plenty to choose from for a delicious dinner prior to participating in whatever the restaurant is hosting.
