If this place is genuinely "popular," they should stock more of these items. Purchased a 10’ whole cake from this place for my daughters birthday. When we went to cut the cake it was frozen, unable to cut the cake. Called the company and explained to the person on the phone that the cake I purchased was frozen. She informed me to call the next day and speak to the manager. So let me first start off saying the customer service is great, they are helpful, and pleasant. Now having said that I hate coming to this location. They never have the limit flavors. I think they do a small batch each day so that they can say they sold out to corporate or something. The math isn't adding up because all other locations the majority of the time have the limited flavor. So let's look at it from another angle. If they always sell out how do they still have last months pumpkin spice in stock. They are about to be 2 limited flavor pass the pumpkin spice and they still have some in stock even though they were always sold out of the pumpkin spice. They are lying, fudging numbers or...
Fantastic flavors, excellent service, and great pricing! I picked up a dozen mini treats on Saturday and also placed a pickup order for the next day. My order was ready right on time. The flavors were incredible and rich, with red velvet being my personal favorite. They also offer seasonal flavors like pumpkin spice. These are ideal for any occasion. The regular-sized items are dense and moist, priced at just $6, which I thought was quite reasonable. I expected the prices to be higher. This location is in a plaza with several other businesses, but parking was easy enough.

I traveled a considerable distance to make a purchase, only to find out that they were only accepting card payments since they had run out of one-dollar bills for cash transactions. It would be wise to call ahead and check what payment methods are accepted before visiting this location. Such a disappointment!

Absolute waste of time. Lady at the front said that “we’re not taking any more orders for cake for the rest of the holiday season”. It makes no sense that you’re a cake store with no cakes.
