Nothing Bundt Cakes

This restaurant consistently restricts the available flavors and options for ordering. It is very challenging to place an order with them. The website may show certain items as available, but when you try to check out, you are told to remove items from your cart. You can't even order vanilla, chocolate, or confetti Bundtinis. This has happened to me twice this year already, and it's getting frustrating. It might be time to look for another bakery that actually offers the flavors they list on their menu. It doesn't make sense to advertise flavors that are not actually available for ordering.

I love coming here. The cakes are amazing and sometimes you get some great deals via email which make the hour long trip worth it. Today, though, was the frostiest reception we've ever had. Barbara K was very displeased when my son paid for his order in cash. Money is money and we shouldn't be judged by our method of payment. Why not be thankful we came in, be thankful for the purchase and smile instead of scoffing? We'll return but hopefully Barbara will be kinder when we pay.

I came into the restaurant thinking I had pre-ordered, but as I was having trouble with the technology, Diamond came to my rescue. The service was top-notch! I give it 5 stars. Snuck also helped me fulfill the order with a smile and provided amazing customer service. The cakes were the best I've ever had!

I ordered red velvet and white chocolate raspberry bundlets, but when I got home, the bag contained red velvet and carrot cake instead. Since we don't eat carrot cake, I had to throw the whole thing away. I was very disappointed. It was a waste. Réservez une table maintenant

Just had the cutest Nothing Bundt Cakes birthday delivery! The cakes are delicious, beautifully packaged and the delivery driver was very courteous. I also love how many different types of Bundt cakes there are… yum!

Cakes are always delicious! Gull bund. Buntinis. All of them! And they freeze well! Easy process and clean store. Thanks for the assistance.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. It is difficult to access and leave the location. It is not worth your time.

Cake great! Having to show an ID to pick up a cake is ridiculous. Use a confirmation code or something. Réservez une table maintenant

The manager hooked up are class with free cakes. Everyone buy cakes from here
