The pastries are amazing, as everyone knows but the dining atmosphere could use some work. Firstly, there are no prices listed for anything, either in the store or online. It’s very frustrating. Secondly, the patio. Every time I come, the tables are dirty, often covered in peoples old dishes. There are napkins and garbage littered all over the patio ground. I’ve sat here for hours before, and no one comes to clean them, despite the store not being busy. Because old food and dirty dishes are left on the tables, tons of wasps are attracted to the patio. Also, the speakers that play music are far too loud. They also play pop music, which really doesn’t fit the European vibe. It’s not a pleasura...

Went there to get some takeaway however service was incredibly slow. There were 2 people ahead of us also doing takeaway but we ended up waiting in the line for 10-15 minutes with two of the staffs just blatantly ignoring us.On top of that, one of the staffs that was busy arranging the baked goods did not maintained good hygiene. Touching ALL OF THE BAKED GOODS THAT SHE ARRANGED WITH HER BARE HANDS. NO GLOVES OR THONGS. I gave it benefit of the doubt because usage of gloves doesn’t necessarily ensure the cleanliness of it however this lady was touching every possible surface she could including her cellphone. We felt sick after seeing that.

I ordered a 10 dollar veggie sandwich which when I arrived was the complete wrong sandwich, was charged 2.50 extra for cheese which wasn 't on the sandwich. When I mentioned they placed the wrong toppings on it, they just picked off the wrong toppings 'the best they could '. I am very disappointed as I 've had great sandwiches here but after this experience I will not be returning or recommending to anyone.

They are extremely slow. I counted 5 staff last time and it took 30 mins to get our order. Some also have a hard time understanding your order. My food was not even warmed as we order shrimp empanadas and croquettes.Coffee was ok. We ordered a capuccino and it was nothing special. It is best ro buy the food to go. Do not eat there

Love love love Nova Era Bakery. Delicious breakfast and lunch sandwiches, pastries, coffee! Always going above and beyond for take-out orders as well. Thank you so much. Will definitely be a weekly spot for me!
