Extrêmement déçu par le contact téléphonique que j'ai eu avec une jeune fille qui ne sait évidemment pas comment gérer la réception téléphonique de votre hôtel. Laissez-moi vous expliquer, j'ai un week-end et une boîte à merveilles bien-être de 200 euros. J'appelle pour savoir si vous l'acceptez comme beaucoup de vos concurrents. Mon interlocuteur m'informe qu'elle en saura plus. J'attends quelques minutes, elle revient et me dit quel jour je veux réserver. Je répète ma demande en lui demandant si cette boîte est acceptée ou non. Elle me laisse me dire qu'elle le saura encore. Elle revient et la même chose qu'elle me dit normalement qu'on le prendra. Je perds alors ma patience en lui demanda...
A modest experience at the Best Western Hotel Nuit de Retz. The rooms were very small, offering limited space. However, the breakfast was satisfactory, note the kindness of the staff, in particular for kindly lending me a charger, as I had forgotten mine. An appreciated gesture which added a positive note. An option to consider for a basic stay with decent amenities. Rooms: 4
We had a good stay at this hotel. They put two rooms together as a family of four. The breakfasts are good and the pool is nice. A good size hotel, not too large. Good value for money. A delightful stay in a very comfortable hotel with excellent beds and room with newly refurbished bathrooms.
