The service here is nothing short of awful. I was placed on hold several times during my call, and the staff quickly became rude. I was trying to place a food order and was put on hold twice right at the start and again while trying to give my order. When I provided part of my address, the staff member shouted, "What town?" as if I lived out of state. It's a terrible experience overall. If I could give a rating of 0 out of 5, I would. I've ordered from this restaurant many times, and the service has always been disappointing.
I've ordered from Nunzio's Pizzeria many times and typically enjoy the Penne Pasta with Vodka Sauce. Unfortunately, tonight's experience was extremely unpleasant. To my shock and disgust, I discovered a dead bug in my dish after taking several bites. When I called Nunzio's to report the issue, the person who answered the phone showed no accountability and kept directing me to contact DoorDash. This isn't a DoorDash issue; it's a problem with Nunzio's. I will not be ordering from their menu again.
Service is terrible, they put you on hold multiple times. And get an Attitude very easily. I Was calling to order some food and got put on hold twice at the beginning of the call as well as while i was attempting to place my order. When he asked for myaddress i gave him half of my address and he started screaming what town. Like i live outside state or something. Terrible iwould rate 0/5 if i could terrible place, terrible service. And I?ve ordered from here alot and its always terrible service.
I'm writing a review because I truly love this place, but it's disappointing to see the changes happening. I hope the owner sees this. Five years ago, I would have said Nunzio's was my favorite pizza restaurant without a doubt. However, over the past few years, the quality has declined noticeably. The food isn't bad, but it tastes like it's been frozen. I will continue to support you, but I really hope things improve because I don't want to see you go out of business.

Im leaving a review because I love this place and it saddens me to see what its turning into, I hope the owner reads this If you asked me 5 years ago for my favorite pizza restaurant, hands down I would say nunzios. But in the past few years, thequality has really gone down. The food isnt bad, but it tastes straight out of the freezer Ill still continue to be a customer,but I hope things get better because I dont wanna see you guys go out of business
Not sure how hygienic this place is during covid. They do not wear masks or gloves while preparing food during covid times. You should definitely put the pizzas back into the oven when you get home. Pizza was good pre covid times..The inside is nothing fancy your typical mom and pop pizza place. Plenty of parking.
It is been used to deliver the delicious food and I felt that the taste and deliciousness is reduced. Pizza is becoming too dry. Hope the management will address this. Overall this is good place for Mediterranean food.
Absolutely loved the vodka chicken pizza!! It was very saucy and tasty in itself, hardly requiring any additions such as oregano and spices. The pizza crust was crisp as well, worth the money.

The chicken wings are often undercooked, and the pizza is just average—though it tastes better after a few drinks. I expected more robust flavors given the price.
