Nutmeg Bakery Cafe

A great local breakfast place to grab a quick meal with friends. We have been going here for years and the food has been consistently good. I usually get the Nutmeg scramble or shashuka, but ordered the Spicy Corn Beef Hash this time. Love the heat. Everyone else like their orders. There is seating inside and a small patio outside. The business expanded recently to offer more indoor seating and a cute little boutique shop next door.

Delicious food highly recommend kale salad chicken ceaser wrap ice latte with 2%milk they also have ice tea and the ice tea you can get a refill they also have chocolate chip pancakes their dessert is good but I like the red velvet cake slice and the carrot cake slice Please try nutmeg sabre springs very healthy food and delicious.

Amazing food! A little pricey but it’s quality ; Wayyyyyy too busy on a Sunday at 12:00. We’ve been here an hour in total so far (between line and just waiting at our table and still haven’t been served. That’s wayyy too long.

Quality of food was lack luster and very much lacking in flavor. Coffee tasted like water. Table was rocking the entire time while we ate are very minuscule amount of food for an absurd price. Réservez une table maintenant

Holy moly, the perfect amount of food. In San Diego you often get so much food it feels wasteful... this is a perfect breakfast amount. The lavender chai is awesome as well.

I really can not tell you about the food other than a chai and muffin. Both were very good, not sure it is a five star but let's start there and we can adjust next visit.

Friendly staff but signage for pickup would be helpful as that was a bit challenging. Overall a good meal with an inviting and clean atmosphere-highly recommend!

Took a long time to order food. The line for orders was very slow . The food is very tasty!
