Service is still horrible, as I was ordering food a woman came in and just shouted her order, the person helping me started a conversation with her. Unbelievable! I raised my voice and finished ordering but the worker asked me to repeat what I wanted. #Facepalm So, the pernil with rice, beans and plantains was good! The rice pudding tasted like soap, the empanadas and mini arepas where crusty and dry (days old? . Overall, I rather get pernil from the dominicans down on 99st. Let me tell you; we order large quantities of buñuelos, pan de bonos, etc. And while this place may have good baked goods, the service here is terrible. Here 's our most recent experience my dad had stopped by to buy a few empanadas and noticed the empanadas looked oily. He commented to the lady kindly, pointing out that the empanadas looked a bit oily, and her response was (verbatim) entonces no las compre aqui in English, so don 't buy them here. Wow. Really? So we 've decided to stop by a different bakery (out of the many in Queens) for a large (90 unit) order of pan de bonos. A quick note, this is not the first time your employees have been rude.
Scheduled pickup order for between 10 and 10:30 PM. I showed up at 10:02 PM the front door was locked. I knocked on the windows to catch the attention of the three workers inside. Two of them gave me the mouth gesture that they were closed. I said I had an order online to pickup between 10 and 10:30. They refused to open the door. I said I wanted my money back and they gave me the gesture with there swing arms that they didn’t care. I continued to know on the door and one of the woman inside said she was calling the police on me…. Don’t order anything at this place. The staff obviously doesn’t care about customers.
My name Is Jasmin I am of Dominican and Puerto Rican descent I love all foods and Colombian food is good and the food here is god but when I come here I feel that I am not given respect during the morning hours but in the afternoon hours I feel respected and I don’t know if it’s because I’m a brown skin Latina but you workers in the morning need to do better

I've been ordering from here for about three to four years . never terrible customer service and the food always hits the spot . I definitely recommend calling them directly and placing your order or picking up because Uber eats GrubHub seamless have two to three dollar price increase. Happy eating
I always buy my coffee on the weekends because I think it is one of the best, they have a wide variety of pastries and empanadas. Breakfasts and lunches are good. In the morning there are always people in line to buy but Johana and Juliana are very friendly and are always smiling and attentive.
Waiting time for delivery is ridiculous, took them 1 hour and half to deliver my 3 bandeja paisas and i live 20 min away walking or 8 minutes by car
I always go in the morning and I love the coffee that they make and I feel like I am in Colombia
