I have been ordering from here for over 15 years and the quality of the food is always good, delicious, and fresh. The customer service is A1, I?m always greeted in a friendly manner and my experience is always pleasant. I am very picky about my food, and I am always catered to with no problems. They always know it?s Yolanda by the way I order my food. It?s always a pleasure no matter what time of the day I order. The menu has increased considerably and the quality has remained top notch. Ny Bagels Cafe is a great spot with affordable prices, quality food, and good service! My only issue is with their opening time. The sign says they open at 5 a.m., and the door hours confirm this, but when you arrive, it’s often dark inside. The bagel maker doesn’t answer the door until another employee arrives, which can be around 5:15 or 5:20—no one seems sure. They need to be clearer and more consistent about their actual opening time. People who start work early rely on a 5 a.m. opening like before, so this inconsistency isn’t good for business.
Ny Bagels Cafe is one of my top choices for breakfast sandwiches, whether I’m craving steak, egg, and cheese or bacon, egg, and cheese. Their fresh bagels are incredibly tasty and packed with generous fillings. You definitely won’t be disappointed by the size of their bagels.
This is a bagel shop!!!.....food is always fresh and plentiful, huge menu from simple bagels to fresh juices, lots of help at the counter keeps the line moving, order ahead of time and you are good to go as your is ready and waiting

This is one of my all-time favorite places for breakfast sandwiches, whether steak, egg, and cheese, or bacon, egg, and cheese. Excellent fresh bagels too. And very filling. They do not shortchange you on the bagels sizes.
This used to be my go-to breakfast spot, but now it is incredibly overrated. The prices have gone up and the quality of the food has decreased. A BLT costs almost $8 on toast! It feels like I'm paying Times Square prices.
