Get ready : So, I ordered via Justeat last night at 7:55 p.m. After 1h15 of waiting and finding the situation strange, I tried to call the restaurant about fifteen times and I got no response from them. So I made a complaint that I had not received the order. Approximately 1h30 of time had passed. I admit to being surprised by the last comments... A more or less regular customer for 2 years, I think I am well placed to give my opinion. I have always been satisfied with this restaurant. Only once was I disappointed, and having taken the trouble to call the restaurant I was able to explain my dissatisfaction and they were able to do what was necessary. Regarding delivery times, they were always announced to me and respected. Manager attentive, generous and very cordial. Lamentable and dishonest Apart from the fact that the crispy chicken was mushy and dry except crispy and the beef with onions was so cooked that I had to throw the whole thing away as inedible. But in addition it charges 3frs with payment by card without this being mentioned anywhere on the flyer or on the phone when ordering. When I asked, he told me he would put them in the mailbox. Meals taken for delivery. No complaints about the waiting time. On the other hand, dishes not sufficiently seasoned, small portions for main dishes and the rice is way overcooked and tasteless. Quite disappointed.
