I called the restaurant around 7:30 PM to explain the issue, and the employee offered to remake the calzone without any hesitation. I appreciated that, but by the time I would have gotten back to the restaurant, they would have already closed, and I didn’t want to keep them open just for my order. So I asked about other options, and the employee connected me with the manager, Jeff.
I explained the situation to Jeff, making it clear that I couldn’t make it to NYPD in time. He kindly offered to refund my calzone and credited me for the same order, telling me to just call in my order next time so they’d have it in the system.

Great pizza, wings, salads and desserts! Staff is always quick and friendly. Place is always clean and the phone/online ordering is always on point. Had 1 issue out of the last 12 times ordering here and they made it right immediately no questions asked. Manager is very nice and helpful! They are a little higher priced but with bigger servings and quality ingredients I don’t mind it.
If you haven't tried this place, you must!! We had the Greek salad, Vinny's Favorite pizza, Zeppelin Sundae, New York Cheesecake with chocolate and raspberry topping. Everything was AMAZING!! Service was spectacular, food fantastic!I wish I had taken more pictures, but it was too good to wait!Food: 5/5
This a Great Place for sone Pizza. Very easy menu and medium priced. Lots of parking and well lit. Lots of seats and nice bar area. Food taste great and large portions. Service is very top notch. Kid friendly. I would suggest some pictures for thehall way to the bathroom. Highly Recommended

The food is outstanding for a pizza place, and the waitstaff is both knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! As for wheelchair accessibility, it was very easy to navigate, and the staff kindly opened doors for us as we arrived. What a nice gesture!
Highly disappointed with our delivery from this place!! The workers we contacted on the phone were exceptionally rude and unprofessional. When we got the food it came to us like this! I WONT be odering from here again. I would give them zero stars...but that's no option.
How hard is it to follow order requests? This is like the third time we ordered and food is made totally wrong. At this point you wonder do they even care and if it is done on purpose? Management needs to address this asap.
The pizza wasn't served hot, and the buffalo wings were tossed in a bowl with sauce all over the place. I hope that my next visit will be a better experience. Parking is conveniently free on-site.

Always loved their pizzas, for good reason. But tonight I tried their calzone. Now I've got a problem: which one do I LOVE the most?!
Good pizza could be a little more generous with the toppings, considering how expensive they are.
