Firstly, I come here all the time and I do like the food and appreciate a Chinese restaurant like this in Westchester. I will continue to come here because my kids like the food. That said, I 'm giving it fewer stars because I find the service mechanical and factory-like, and I 've gone there on TWO separate occasions where the credit card machine broke . Fine, things happen, but I was only told this BOTH times AFTER my table was seated and I already ordered! If their credit card machine was broken, they should tell you before they even seat you, not after you 've invested time and ordered waiting for your food. I had a large (27 people) group meal here to celebrate friends and family visiting and O Mandarin was wonderful in helping to accommodate such a large party with excellent food and nice service. We were seated on time with several tables and large booth all set up for us, and two lovely servers helped us all evening. The decor was very modern Chinese and more comforting than a typical Chinese restaurant. Whenever I go home I always need to come here. I’ve never had a bad dish, I love the chicken lettuce wraps, the cold noodles, the green beans, pork belly, dumplings — it’s all amazing! If you want to spend less, they have a good lunch menu. Free easy parking, service is always great.
