O Poleiro Bbq - Réservation de table

I have been coming to Poleiros since coming to Bradford... The chicken is juicy with the taste of fire roasting... The owner Tony is a character, and his pricing on the wall is all in pricing.Yes their are other Portugese chiresquera barbecue place in Bradford after all we are a Portugese community but this place is by far the best here. I see other people complaining about the potatoes and when I asked Tony about how they seem under cooked... He said they are double roster to give them that French fry like crust.PS. The local school kids go here for the secret seasoned fries... You need to try that too

Good food .Great value . This place is great . A family run business that caters to families on the go . The family special is ideal for four . The chicken and fries are served in abundance . I love the roasted potatos and the rice too . Walk ins can be left waiting due to the popularity of the place ( weekends /dinner time evenings ) We locals know to call ahead . There are a number of chicken options in Bradford . Make this place your first choice for you and your family .

If you read my reviews you will see I rarely give fives. This is a must stop for great quality food and incredible value. We split a chicken dinner with a salad and the owner brought us a plate of Piri piri fries and also some other plates at no charge. He treated us like we were guests at his house. I have seen few owners provide this level of service!Be sure to stop in.

I've tried this place 3 times and this was my LAST. There is always potatoes that are not cooked through and way too much lemon on the rice (not usual in Portuguese rice). I am Portuguese originally from Toronto and this place doesn't compare to a 2 star downtown. Save your money and go elsewhere. Réservez une table maintenant

Great chicken, been a regular customer for years. They have an awesome hot table, as well as family chicken meals. Recently, the place has been expanded from a take out, to a sit down restaurant as well. Great food, even better service. Best chicken place in Bradford, bar none!

The potatoes are often under cooked so make sure you check before leaving if your taking out. Veal is generally good when they have it but ask for the bun on the side (if you're getting one) otherwise it will be a soggy mess when you get home.

This place is usually good, but one time I added a salad to our usual chicken and there was soil in the lettuce. A lot of soil. The potatoes are cooked differently every time as well.

Small take out business with an area for sitting in with food. Excellent chicken, love the sauces. Fries are homemade. You can also get rice and potatoes. I like the fries best. Réservez une table maintenant

Tony the owner is the BEST!!....His BBQ chicken is so juicy and tender...don't forget to ask for extra chili sauce!!

Excellent value for money! Always a good idea to phone ahead as they are VERY popular - especially on a weekend.
