"Slightly warm coffee reported to waitress but still served more of same. Not busy in restaurant but took a while before we got our breakfasts which were .... you guessed it not hot at all. Disappointed, used to be great restaurant"

Oakbank Bar Grill is the last place I would recommend. We visited this facility in the other week. Had a terrible experience with our waitress who was both inconspicuous and rude. We ordered the Build Your Own Platter for $30.99, where you all three starters under $14. We had two orders from Chicken Wings for $13,99 each and an order from Jalapeño Poppers for $11,99. Our waitress didn't tell us that Jalapeño Poppers are supposed to be a premium item that doesn't work with the Platter Deal. This is NOT indicated anywhere on their menu, and we were NOT informed about it before we order. This incident led to our meal being overloaded. Service is terrible. Not so busy after lunchtime, we waited for 10 minutes without greetings all the time while the staff was on their phones, and the manager was just tiring around and looked completely uninterested in each of the customers. A table even stood up to be their orders back because of the kitchen, but no one came out Rongelap. What a joke, we went out after we waited these 10 minutes on a dirty table that needed wiping
Pretty good breakfast at a reasonable price. Large portion. Food and service were nice. We came here because of another reviewers comment about dogs being allowed in but that is not the case. Service dogs only (which is the law anyways). Staff was friendly enough to give us a bowl of water for the dog that had to be left in the car. 4/5.
I was really disappointed to learn that they've switched wings. The old guys were so good, I told everyone how great they are. These new ones are garbage! Strange additional bones in them, quality is just terrible. I wish it didn't change so much. It is obvious that they will be cheaper with food. Sad.
