My husband and I absolutely adore the food at this restaurant. We hired them to cater our wedding and were very happy with the food and the responsiveness of their catering staff leading up to the event. Although there was a small hiccup during the event, they quickly resolved the issue. The reason for my 4-star rating is because of the servers at the wedding. We had been told by the catering coordinator that there would be servers serving our guests from the trays, rather than guests serving themselves. As a delivery driver, I have avoided taking orders from this bar because of the extremely long wait times, which often result in me receiving poor reviews from customers. Today, after six months of refusing orders, I decided to give it another chance. However, the order was 40 minutes late and when I delivered the food, the customer texted me to say that none of the meals they ordered were prepared correctly. Our work crew were in town and wanted to check out this place since it was recommended, waited 30 minutes just to be denied service. First question was for identification. All was provided but since they weren?t Driver?s License we weren?t able to eat.I can understand its a policy but we weren?t even there to drink. Seems like a lot of discriminating going on with their list ofrules. Is it worth losing all that business? But oh well that waitress lost out on a good tip. We ended up going to Walk Ons andthe service was great and our waitress was very consistent. Tipped her almost $200 altogether.
This is a fantastic spot to relax! The atmosphere is very friendly, the service is excellent, and the place is clean. The music is not too loud, and they even have billiards and a swimming pool to enjoy. The menu features a burger unlike anything I've ever heard of, called the hangover burger! If you do nothing else at this place, you have to try the kater burger. It's absolutely amazing! This charming little hometown bar and grill is one I will definitely remember and return to. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff were rude and unfriendly, and I was cut off early by the bartender who also complained about her tip. I left my phone behind and when I went back to retrieve it, I was spoken to disrespectfully. When I stood up for myself, things became physical. After the altercation, they continued to insult me and even tried to damage my hat. Ultimately, the bartender gave it back to me, stretched out but intact.
I used to enjoy visiting this restaurant, but our waitress told us that the owner, Mr. Mark Hall, prefers to make money from the jukebox rather than from drinks and food. We tried to watch some games with friends, but as soon as the Cowboys game ended, they turned off the sound and made us feel unwelcome when we wanted to finish watching. It seems like their policy is more focused on profits from the jukebox.
Placed order at 6:18, said it would be ready in approximately 15 minutes. At 655 they said they just got the order at 704 got email that said it would be ready at 704. At 710 was told they were out of one of my items. I gave them two choices and saidmake whichever one will be fastest. At 730 they said they were starting over so all my food would be hot.
