I visited this establishment and I will say this...the staff was friendly. The environment was dark and had an old musky smell. The food was disappointing... the cinnamon crunch bagel was tasteless and the sugar fell off in large clumps; go to Panera for a cinnamon crunch bagel....now Panera has it right. I also tried the honey walnut cream cheese...no flavor in my opinion. Very unfortunate. I wanted to try something new but it didn't work out. I will stick with the cinnamon crunch bagel at Panera and for all other bagels there's a bagel shop in Tysons. It has the large bagel display so you can't miss it...their cream cheese no matter which flavor is absolutely delicious! Oh, I also purchase...
I had such a pleasant experience with the staff at Bobby's Bagel Cafe. They were incredibly friendly and patient with me, even though I couldn't quite decide what to order.Let me tell you, their selection of bagels and cream cheese is off the charts! There's something for everyone. On this visit, I opted for the classic Nova lox on gluten free everything bagel and it was absolutely delicious. My kids ordered Barbie bagel and rainbow bagel with strawberry cream cheese. However, I already know that I'll be back for more of their mouthwatering nova lox. I had a great experience at this restaurant. Ordering ahead online was convenient, and the bagels were delicious. The everything bagel had an unusual topping mix with a high amount of sesame seeds and less onion, garlic, or salt. Despite this, the other bagels I tried tasted fresh and flavorful. The staff were friendly, and there was no wait despite the shop being busy. The prices were on the higher side ($8 for a breakfast sandwich, $18 for a baker's dozen of bagels), but the quality and freshness of the product made it worth it in my opinion.
I am disappointed to say that I will no longer be a customer at this restaurant. We attempted to place an order twice through Uber Eats, but each time we received a notification that an item was unavailable, we were unable to select a replacement item. Despite calling the restaurant multiple times, we were unable to reach anyone, and both orders were eventually cancelled automatically.

The best gluten free bagels I’ve found in NOVA! I almost didn’t want to write this review because I don’t want you all to go take them but they deserve the props! Super fresh and tasty I almost didn’t believe they were gf! Only thing is they toast on the same toaster so if a true gluten allergy take them home toast them yourself!
I ordered food from another state to be delivered to my son's office as a birthday surprise. The customer service was excellent! My son and his coworkers really enjoyed the bagels and cream cheese. The food was delicious and the order was handled perfectly.
End of school year and I wanted to show my appreciation to OES!! The manager was AWESOME ????. The staff loved the box!! Of course I had to grab a snack for myself as well??????????!!
I ended up getting 1/3rd of what I ordered. The smoothie was out of stock, and my sandwich was wrong, but the bagel with cream cheese was great! Feeling very mixed about this order.

Bagels are decent, but if you want something with egg, they microwave the eggs to cook them. Hot ingredients are dry and bland because of it
The bagels are amazing, but the service is awful. It seems like I am bothering the staff every time I go.
