I recently visited a coffee shop that was absolutely delightful. The ambiance was heavenly and very welcoming. My daughter and I stopped by to grab an ice cream, and the manager was incredibly helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, my daughter dropped her ice cream just as we were leaving. When I went back in to purchase another one, they graciously offered us a free replacement. Now that's what I call great customer service! I will definitely be returning to Oana's next time I'm in St Ives to try their coffee and delicious cakes. Thank you for a lovely experience.
This charming little bakery in St Ives serves the most incredible cakes. The manager, Dean, is friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. However, the young staff members (three of them today) always seem to be in a bad mood, not even offering a smile or a word of greeting. This unfortunately detracts from the overall experience and makes me feel unwelcome. It's a shame, as a successful establishment should greet customers with a warm welcome. I give it four stars because the cakes and Dean are wonderful.
This restaurant is a delightful spot for a casual meal with unique dishes. You must visit and experience it for yourself! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Now called Riley's cafe but the service and food was and is still fantastic. The chimney cakes come from the Transalvanya region in Romania and are authentic and very delicious. I'd really recommend this place for a nice Hungarian sweet and coffee. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
