We have consistently had wonderful experiences at this restaurant, all thanks to Alex, Rik, and their friendly team. The food is prepared with care and passion, complemented by excellent coffee and a warmly designed interior that makes the most of the lovely view. Our children have also been made to feel very welcome. We're mindful to keep things efficient, enjoying quick meals and grabbing take-away coffees to enjoy at the nearby playground if they start to get a bit noisy, as this isn’t a play café. The food, coffee, and service are consistently excellent. This is our favorite spot for weekend breakfast and coffee. The spicy hummus is delicious, and my friend who loves cold drinks claims it's the 'best iced coffee in South Africa'! Keep up the great work!

We had our engagement party at Oar a couple of weeks ago, the venue, food, drinks, staff were all amazing! We had the best night and almost everyone commented on how good the food and venue were. I would highly recommend Oar for all functions.
