I've been visiting Oasis for years, and it truly feels like a second home. The family running it is fantastic and incredibly welcoming, the prices are reasonable, and the laid-back, enjoyable vibe is delightful. Next door is Cairo, a bar owned by the same family, where they frequently host live music and entertainment, adding to the fun atmosphere. Just a heads up: smoking and bringing your hookah to the bar is not allowed. If you enjoy hookah, definitely give Oasis a try—you won’t be disappointed!
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We tried to order DoorDash from them at 8:30 PM, and their website indicated they were open until 9:30 PM, so we thought we had plenty of time. We placed our order, and they accepted both the order and the payment. However, at 9:10 PM, our Dasher (not from the restaurant) called to inform us that they were actually closed. This left us with no food, no communication from the restaurant, and they still took our money. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Adjacent to Oasis is Cairo, a bar owned by the same family. They often have live music or entertainment, and it is a fun atmosphere. Note that you smoke *can* or bring your Hookah to the bar. If you're in Hookah, look at Oasis. You won't regret it.
Yesterday my first time was there and I never expected what I was going into. I heard about this place, but I never saw it. My biggest mistake didn't come here earlier. Incredible staff and a respectful environment with great regular guests who like to chat freely. I'll have to come back, even over an hour to get there. It's worth it. Thanks for the great time and the night I'll never forget.

Amazing food here! Best gyros in chicagoland and it's not even close. Great beer selection and a super chill atmosphere makes this an excellent spot.
