This is my second visit to this restaurant. During my first visit, we were very happy with our banana split; it was delicious and well made. However, this time we were extremely disappointed. One of the splits we ordered was very poorly executed. The ice cream scoops varied in size—one was large, another was medium, and the last one was barely a scoop at all. The whipped cream was halfway melted. Moreover, there was a lot of noise coming from the staff in the back office; they were shouting and not paying attention to their work. Overall, I was very disappointed with this experience and will not be returning. I'll be looking for another place in my neighborhood instead.
Unorganized chaos. Watched them call someone’s name hand them the ice cream cone the person walked away with the cone.. then come back say it wasn’t theirs because the kids called the wrong name. The employee then handed the cone to another person!!! That is nasty and a health code violation. I wanted a refund right there and should have gotten it. The cookie dough was awful 12.00 for two single scoops is ridiculous. Won’t be back Service: 1
I visited the restaurant to order a birthday cake cone for a child, and the experience started off well. However, things took a turn when a staff member asked me how much change I needed, and I wasn’t certain. He proceeded to charge me for a regular scoop and didn’t give me my change. I’m rating them 2 stars because I later spoke to another staff member, showed her my receipt, and she promptly gave me the money I was owed.
When I?ve been in this neighborhood, I have noticed crowds of kids roaming around this ice cream cafe. Even though I?m not a big fan of ice cream I?ve decided to try it. I wasn?t disappointed. Ice Cream very fresh and have strong milk flavor it is delicious and not too sweet. And smoozy was with plenty of fruit not crashed ice with syrup.

Arrived late, so crowd was low. This was my first visit since the pandemic. Staff was attentive and the store manager was very motivating. Had a waffle cone with the butter cashew ice cream; very good! Highly recommend a visit, but note that the chess sets that were laid out on the tables have been removed.
I've been here several times. Try coconut ice cream, it's one of the best. New pineapple ice cream has so much sugar in it, I didn't like it. The staff are usually not very friendly! The store has few outside seats and many seats inside.
what can i say, other than this place is great. the ice cream is good! it?s always nice and chill inside and you will usually find some people just hanging around and laughing, having fun! i recommend lemon raspberry. delicious! ?
This place serves the best ice cream by far. They offer unique limited-time flavors like root beer float milk and apple crisp ice cream that you won't find anywhere else.
