It was busy when we arrived, filled with many young staff members ready to fulfill our ice cream orders. The team was very efficient in preparing what we wanted, and I noticed a poster advertising for even more staff. I personally enjoyed a vanilla milkshake topped with whipped cream and a cherry. I noticed that there were eight staff members on duty, but it took 15 minutes for my banana split to arrive because they couldn't find a container. Meanwhile, they seemed to be goofing off, not focused on their work. The shift leader, Hunter, completely ignored me, even when I tried to speak with him. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I will not be returning to this restaurant.
Ordered a cake for a birthday two days in advance. They call the day of and say they don't have it. No offer to fix the problem. They just cancel the order and tell me to order a different cake if I want one. Person on the phone was not very helpful.
This always has the friendliest workers. Has always been consistent in their output of product. Cleanliness is usually good but when a bunch of teenagers come, sometimes they leave a mess. I recommend getting the peanut butter chocolate.

Incredible! Nothing comes close to their ice cream. I highly recommend the Apple Pie flavor—it's absolutely fantastic!
People come here for their milkshakes and cones, but I just get a large glass of whole milk. Cannot be improved on.
