I visited Oberweis Dairy around 3 to 3:30 PM and found no one available to take my order. When a young woman and man finally came out from behind the counter, they showed no welcoming attitude. I felt like I was bothering them, and they seemed genuinely annoyed by my presence. This was by far the worst customer service I've experienced. I will definitely not be returning. The only reason I’m giving one star is because the ice cream was good. Well!
I tried the Apple Crisp Sundae. It’s a great concept, but I didn’t enjoy it because the cake was soggy and mushy at the bottom. I prefer cake at home when it's at its best. The caramel ice cream I bought for the children in Hommler was a big hit, and the vanilla flavor for the child with me was also very popular. I really miss the lemon blueberry flavor they used to have during the summer. I hope they bring it back next summer or even sooner.

This place is absolutely stunning! The ice cream was delightful, and the staff was exceptional. Jackie made me feel like I was entering a charming and welcoming environment. You order a Royal banana split- they not only did not included walnuts and a whole banana, yet a half banana and 3 scoops of ice cream. Will never return here.
Aside from a cashier who wasn't too thrilled to be working, this place was great. Ice cream was amazing, as always.

"We love Gino’s. Their deep dish crust is my favorite. They also have lots of seating indoors and outdoors. They have a section of the patio that allows dogs too which is fantastic!"
