It won't come back. We stopped with our granddaughter. We were told about the girl waiting on the drive-thru in a moment, 2 other people came after us who bought packaged goods. 10 minutes later the girl finally came forward and waited for the two customers who came in after us and then went back around the counter to drive thru. So we went out. Someone else came before us when we came out and asked to wait for us. We said no more, we waited 15 minutes and others were waiting and gone before us. Easy way to treat your customers. My granddaughter was very disappointed. I'd give zero stars if I could.
Normally I have really great experiences here, but today I sat in the drive thru lane for over 20 minutes before I even was able to order, and then another 15+ to get to the window and watch my ice cream order JUST get started. I was in line so long my car overheated and I had to stop to let it cool for an hour on the way home. All for 2 scoops of ice cream. It was super disappointing.
The ice cream is incredible! The chocolate peanut butter, dark chocolate caramel sea salt, and mint chocolate chip flavors are amazing. The staff is always friendly and helpful! One gentleman went above and beyond for me today, bringing my ice cream outside for me since I was with my dog, and even including a free treat for the dog! So sweet!
I decided to try this place out a couple of days ago. Originally to order the fudge brownie. At the time, they were out. So I opted for the peanut butter! It was way better than I expected. Still craving the fudge brownie, I decided to give it a try. Regrettably, it was the worst I'd ever had.
They were out of my favorite ice cream so I ordered my second favorite and they were out again. Third selection was OK but disappointing that products advertised were not available. Seems easy enough to make sure all favors are available all the time. It's not rocket science it's ice cream.
