Oberweis Ice Cream And Dairy Store

We went to this Oberweiss last Friday, we were the only ones in the store. No flavors were listed- when I asked the girl working there if they had a certain flavor- she didn’t speak and only shook her head, “no” I think she spoke once when she handed my husband his shake which was spilling down the sides! She was so rude that it almost made it comical!!! Needless to say we won’t visit this one again any time soon. Place has gone down hill. Order desk has been moved to the burger area.. no signage to inform you of this. You walk around until someone tells you to go over by the burgers. Portion sizes do not equal the cost. The manager on duty while we were there berated a young girl for not putting a name on the order. Very uncomfortable to watch. Used to be a great place for ice cream. If you want ice cream try a small local place and avoid oberweis.

It is ok. The ice cream definitely is very good. The kids working there were nice but didn't do more than their obligation, they seem quite tired! And the place could be a little cleaner. When I arrived there with my family I could not say the place was open for dine in or just the drive-through was opened. In general it's a nice place.

I go here all the time but today I went to go get a malt and it tastes spoiled. I asked for a strawberry cookies and cream malt and when I tasted it, something wasn't right. I give three stars because they are usually good. A whole malt gone to waste because of how horrible it tasted. Réservez une table maintenant

Terrible customer service. The lady was so rude in the drive threw. She then had me park to wait for my fries. It took 15 minutes and my food was cold when she finally brought it out after I had to call to check what was going on.

Very nice place with some good icecream. You can tell how fresh the icecream is with the ingredients they use. I would recommend to come here they also have a station to play chess.

Everything was great, and the service, especially by manager Jerry was fantastic! He made the kids laugh and was so helpful.

Not great. Ordered a caramel malt with extra malt. Didn't taste any malt powder at all. Also $9 for a shake is ridiculous. Réservez une table maintenant

Milkshakes had way too much milk. The chocolate wafer just sank to the bottom.
