I never thought it would be possible to hate an Oberweis location, but I've had nothing but problems with this Roosevelt Road, GE location. I've tried going through the drive thru and the kid mocked me through the intercom as he apparently couldn't understand what I was saying. Another clerk interrupted his mocking and explained that she understood me perfectly. The next time I went in to avoid the intercom problem and they lost my order. I gave them one last chance today and received a milk shake that was as runny as milk. I am done with this location.
We used to enjoy Oberweis ice cream and sundaes, but upon returning after a 5-year absence, we found that the restaurant seemed to be run by young employees who were not very focused on customer service. Prices have also increased significantly, leaving us puzzled as to why it is now so expensive. The seating area is still pleasant, however.
This restaurant provides excellent takeout options with a diverse menu. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food, averaging between $10-20 per person. The food is delicious and the service is impeccable. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also top-notch, making it a great dining experience overall.

Excellent for everything except for the wait times (I was literally the only one there and waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru) and it's really hard to justify the price because there is so much competition now with high quality comparable items for much less money.

I waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes. When I reached the window, they informed me that their frozen drink machine was not working. No apologies or solutions were given. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Literally the funniest staff. Came late at night with a few freinds and they filled the water over and over because we kept getting it lol. They were hella freindly too shout out to them

Great place for a quick drive through icecream. Be ready to know which way to go after pulling away. Drive-throughs can be tricky.
I loved everything in its place, everything was very clean and the attention was phenomenal!
