For me it has always been, and it will be, the confectionery of the street so millenary chamorro (not because the recipe is, but for the infinity of flavors that can be filled) the English cakes are an ancestral symbol of carmona gastronomy. they also make an addictive Christmas trunk with various chocolate textures; but it must be requested in advance. my favorites here are the raspberry cake and banana cake; although I doubt this year if I make a change of rhythm and go for the white chocolate and sweet milk. I don't know what I'll do. What a dilemma!
