Tucked back away from Lake Zurich in the base of a valley/vineyard. Nice pastoral views and quiet on the outdoor patio. No English menu, but staff was friendly and helpful in translating. Seemed to be mostly locals that all knew one another. Baby shower party...of on the day I had lunch here. From the name was expecting a Swiss menu. of the menu is Italian food. I went with a Swiss selection (I think). Crispy fired pork cordon blu. Not a particularly low cal option; however, my impression is that healthy Swiss food is hard to come by. Anyway figured I earned it after hours in the saddle biking around lake Zurich. Highly recommend grabbing one of the free bikes (ask the hotel) and taking a tour around the lake. Stunning views, gazetted lake front beaches and neat ferry piers in every town. Lots of places to stop for a bite or drink by the lake. If your going to attempt the entire lake you will need to upgrade to a proper road bike. Trying it on a three speed city bike will leave you very sore in the saddle

Everything starts with your friendly host, Roshni, who welcomes you with an easy smile and leads you to your table. Her husband, Mr. Bloch, is an exceptional chef who's doing miracles in his not so large kitchen. The place to go for fish, mainly sweetwater...but also some seafood. Classic swiss and french recipies, lightly cooked, tasty and to the point. Not feeling for fish? Try the Wienerschnitzel or the gorgeous filet mignon with whisky sauce, you'll be amazed! Winelist is extensive, lot of local producers, try the white Räuschling, you'll be surprised, by the taste and by it's appealing price tag, too. After great food and munchy dessert your host will give you a last smile on your way out, after having done everything during the whole visit to make you feel welcome. Highly recommended, reservation is a must

Ein fantastisches Fischessen hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Es war einfach grossartig. Hingegen hat uns sehr gestört, die ständigen penetranten Nachfragen, ob eine weitere Flasche Wein gebracht werden dürfe. Sehr schade! Offenbar wird das Personal dazu geschult.

Good? Yes! Atmosphere? Yes! Service? Yes! But what really tops the experience with this place, is the unique, heartily host. Roshni’s aura and attitude is second to none. It’s hard to not feel great here

Exquisites Fischrestaurant mit sehr lustiger und freundlicher Bedienung.Wir hatten Seehecht in zwei verschiedenen Variationen. Beide aussergewöhnlich lecker!Wir kommen wieder!
