Went here for dinner last night and was both shockedand disappointed with my main course. I had the Aussie beef parmawith vegetables. My main peeve was with the accompanying vegetables, consisting of what was ostensibly stir fry type vegetables partially cooked and masked potato placed amongst thaose stir fry veggies.The plate arrangement was atrocious. On the bottom were the veggies, intersperse with the mashed potato. On top of this concoction was the Aussie beef parma. It looked vile as plated.Not only was the plating unacceptable, since not every main course dish is supposed to be piled like this, but stir fry and partially cooked veggies are not what one expects as an accompaniment to a...

Dropped in minus a booking and was pleasantly surprised to get a seat as this quaint pub is very popular especially on Fridays. Can definitely recommend the grilled trevally and the Tasmanian scallops the latter being the 'small' serve but quite generous. Service was prompt and courteous and not a long wait time for meals. Car parking can be interesting. Pleasant nautical themed decor.

The ocean child went very downhill for a while there. But just recently in the past few months they changed their menu a bit. My partner and I always get takeaway parmis. They raised the price but I don't even mind because they are SO much better! Thicker chicken, tastier toppings, bigger servings! Will be there even more often now.

Huge selection of Parmies, decent steak and good selection of seafood. Kids meals are great value and huge. Calamari is always tender and the meals are always quick to come out. Only issue is sometimes its hard to get a booking because it's so popular. Réservez une table maintenant

Definitely the best dining experience of our trip. We visited a number of eateries but this was overall the best. Great atmosphere, great staff and the food was great too - one of the few restaurants catering for vegetarians. On our list for a return.

This is a typical pub, with friendly staff and good value meals. My partner and I had scallops which were ideally cooked, served with chips and a fresh salad. Nothing to complain about and we will be repeat customers. Great value meals.

Staff very friendly and helpful, counter meals are first class at a reasonable cost. there is not a lot of parking in the the area surrounding this pub. but a short walk to this place is well worth it.

Great little authentic pub with a pub menu. I wentered for simple Fish and Chips for $15.00. Great value, fast service. Will go again to try more on the menu. Réservez une table maintenant
