The only thing that kept me from losing my mind, when after waiting two hours and fifteen minutes for a take-out order and arriving at the restaurant only to experience a chinese version of the soup-nazi, was picturing George Costanza at this restaurant losing HIS MIND dealing with the hilarious overblown arrogance of the proprietors of this joke of a restaurant. They were so dismissive and rude when I asked about my very long overdue take-out..... like they were doing me a huge favor.If the food had been great, I would have sucked up the wait but the food was a disaster.... and you better like shrimp, because it was in every dish we ordered and we didn't order any shrimp dishes. Bad experience once. Really busy, seemed to worry more about take out than patrons. Everyone has a bad day. Seems like this place has more than their fair share! Tried again. Not sure why except to be sure. Should have reckoned with the first experience.Again - seemed more concerned with delivery than us. If I had food delivered could comment more.Poor, Poor service and don't know about the food. Don't expect to wait for 45 mins for appies. Too bad. Could be a nice place.

This restaurant has been around for a while and the decor hasn't appeared to change, but in a strip mall restaurant it's likely the food that's going to attract you. A varied menu and plates that offer a substantial amount. We didn't venture too far from the basics and it was good. Service was adequate. Restaurant was not crowded. This would be a high average ... I'd go back if I'm looking for Chinese food and I'm in Tsawwassen.

I wish I could give it no stars...this company doesn't even deserve one. If you want to receive the worst customer service I have ever seen then this is the place for you.
