We live close by this place, so tonight we dined in, but we usually carry out. We have given up on carryout from this place. We have ordered a few times recently, and the food is pretty good but you have to be willing to deal with the jerk behind the counter, who I believe is actually the owner. Which is absurd because he is extremely rude, and dismissive. They never get the pickup orders right. For carry out, I place the order over the phone, and when we go to pick it up, every time they have either forgotten to make something, one of the pizzas just vanished when that happened they blamed it on a customer, saying that customer took your pizza. (Um...ok, should I go chase after him or somet...
Scallop pizza was delicious, of course. There are so many choices and different options than what you see anywhere else. Great service and excellent menu. Always feels at home there, as I used to go with my grandmother and family as far back as the 70's. Authentic and awesome food! Check it out ! You won't be disappointed. There is a reason that it is still there all these years.
Ordered a chicken Caesar salad for lunch- it was the BEST salad I have ever had!! Not to mention that the grilled chicken smelt/tasted delicious and the size is enough for lunch and dinner!!! Our waitress was a super sweet, older Greek woman and she made us feel like family : I live in Montville and will definitely be coming back for more!!!! Absolutely wonderful food
I had the Fish and Chips last night, March 9, 2024, and everything was cooked to perfection. The portions were generous as well. Since I moved to the Asheville, NC area, I don't often get to enjoy seafood, but this restaurant made one of my all-time favorite meals just right—right down to the wonderfully cooked fries. Was better when I was a kid but the pizza is good and the prices decent. Old guy at counter was friendly enough, but not my two waitresses. I only suggest the pasta if you really like garlic.
Lobster sub is amazing! The pizza is good too. Only complaint is that they don't season their fries. I mean a little salt would be great. Other than that, love the food.
I strongly do not recommend to eat here fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. Basically over cooked to inedible quality.
This restaurant is fantastic, and the pizza is incredible. I will definitely be returning here regularly!
