This cute and charming restaurant offers fresh and delicious Japanese and Korean cuisine. The small family business, run by Elisabeth and Andrew, specializes in takeaway sushi and sushi platters. The presentation of the food is always impressive, and the sashimi is super fresh. They also offer lunch deals and bento boxes. A must-try is the roast wagyu steak sushi, which was a new favorite for us. The staff may be limited, but the stunning ocean views make any wait worth it. The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible and pet-friendly (outside). Overall, I can't wait to come back for another amazing meal.
This restaurant is excellent in my opinion and is the best sushi on the northern beaches at a reasonable price. They prepare the sushi fresh for you, and if they run out of your choice, they will make it for you. They have mastered the ratio of mayonnaise to rice. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in search of delicious sushi. 10/10.
Wow!! Just wow!! Best Japanese food we’ve eaten this side of the harbour bridge. The food is spectacular, and the presentation is of hatted restaurant standard! The Balgowlah roll is out of this world! Honestly can’t fault this place, the food the service is...incredible!
It might not be the fanciest of the Japenese Resturants on the Northen Beaches, but between the high quality food and amazing service, this place is perfect for some Sushi or a Donburri bowl on an afternoon to the beach.

This sushi is the best on the entire northern beaches! I work on the beachfront and it is my absolute favorite lunch. It is reasonably priced and made fresh, which makes it taste amazing. I highly recommend it.
We have been enjoying Ocean Sushi as a family for eat-in takeaway for over 8 years now. I can't recommend the freshness or deliciousness enough. We love the staff too. Yay for Ocean Sushi !!
This is the best sushi on the northern beaches. Such a great size, so fresh you can’t go past it. Not super cheap but worth every cent.
Great Sushi, Fresh and have a great selection! Nothing better than grabbing sushi and enjoying it along the beach.
