Oceania Nantes Aeroport

Horrendous service. 4 star ... Skeleton Hotel. No Chef! No snack or dinner service. I was told by rude female receptionist that they could not find a chef and that I should go and find a chef myself for them!! No discount, even as were on our honeymoon. I've never stayed at a hotel in my 26 years as an adult that did not serve food. Absolute shambles. Was told to use Uber Eats. Oy McDonald's able to deliver. Medieval and 3rd World in this day and age. Depressingly disappointing. Avoid.

Bad experience on this hotel. The Room was nice and clean, but i request a early breakfast for what i paid 10.40€. There was a simply waffle of vending machines with coffee and one drink. At the time, the Breakfast for the day was already prepared with fresh croissaint and chocolate bread. I will not return to this hotel. For Sure Ibis Chain is the best hotels for early breakfasts and so on .... BAD EXPERIENCE.

Parfait Même si la piscine n'est plus disponible, cela devrait être mentionné sur leur site pour éviter les déceptions ou les réclamations !!

Staff very helpful. More vegetarian food in the restaurant would be good.

Très bonne position à côté de l'aéroport. Bienvenue et haut de chambre.
