When we arrived there was a gentleman in front of us reserving for large party. After he finished he moved away. There were 3 employees at the front, they totally ignored us (my mom with a cane, my sister me) we spoke up asked if they had a table for3. Again it was like we were invisible. After a little while we asked if we could sit in the bar area were told yes so weseated ourselves. Alison came to wait on us and could not have been more kind attentive. She was great we appreciate herservice. The 3 ladies in the front when we first arrived were very rude to completely ignore us. That was very unappreciated!!!!
Bad service, but horrible food. Our food came out cold and not savory. The broccoli wasn?t steamed well, rolls didn?t rise, ribs were under seasoned and dry, the drinks were watered down and the staff/management need to be retrained. The experience wasbrought to the attention and the response was ?well I?ll fix the food over.? When it was brought back the second time it stillwasn?t good.
First impressions were that the floors were very dirty and the hostess didn't even greet us. She sat us and upon inspection of the area, it really needs cleaning and some updated carpet and furniture. The waitress was wonderful, the food was great. I'm sure this business is experiencing staffing issues like all other businesses which may be the reason for the disarray. Good food.
Ordered the Buffalo Chicken sandwich, received an anemic sliver of grilled(? chicken on a Costco bun with a side of Frank's Red Hot sauce and a watery handful of salad on top. It was a small blessing they got it so wrong because everything fried tasted disconcertingly of fish. At least the pickles on the sandwich were thick and juicy?Save your money and make it at home.

Had such a great experience tonight. Our server Ally (I think that’s how you spell her name) was amazing. She was so quick and friendly. Our food also tasted amazing. My husband and I both got a steak and they came out perfect on the first try. The cook staff was awesome, they were short staffed tonight and still did an awesome job with service and food.
This was one of the most unpleasant dining experiences I've ever encountered. The food was served cold and there was mold on the broccoli. The server was indifferent, and we never even saw the manager despite asking for him. It's no surprise that your establishments are shutting down. This was truly a disappointing experience.
It took a while to get food and checked out. We got the Wednesday special, being the cobbler. They were out of ice cream. It's not a cobbler when there is no ice cream. That's at 4 in the afternoon! I would be more understanding if it would have been at10pm...on the day they have that special.
First time visitor and went after work. I live more than an hour away. Busy Friday afternoon. Service was okay, and I say this because I was there between shift change. Food was good. Please be patient and kind to the industry because they'retrying best as they can. I will visit again.

This was disgusting I will never be getting there macaroni and cheese ever, Because it tastes bad. Also the sweet potatoes, and ribs where bad. Then the service was bad the food took to long, And it wasn’t even good I very disappointed O’Charleys do better!
Place was dirty, menus stuck to your fingers table was greasy. Hostess left a lot to be desired. Never again. We did not stay!
