This was definitely a disappointing visit and not sure where to start. The hostess was not friendly or Interactive. We were sat with no silverware and no one coming to the table for a good 10 minutes. The waitress was not energetic and lacked urgency. Soups and salads came out halfway through the meal, refills came once, had to get our own silverware from hostess stand that wasunattended. The only time we were given adequate attention was when it came time to pay. Food quality was okay nothing specialto brag about. Basic food chain quality. Before I order a Uber Eats, I called the restaurant to see if they are able to remove the bacon from the Steakhouse Potatoes, as it does not allow changes in the app. The lady I spoke with sounds insecure, but said yes, I could do that. Put the order and called back immediately and believed it was the same lady I spoke to earlier. She wasn't the professionals and I had to ask her if she needed my name for the order. I made my request and said she would let the kitchen know. Either she did not tell them or they did not acknowledge the request because lo and behold, there is bacon; I don't eat pigs and it won't eat. Had taken from other reviews and not ordered from here.

Since she liked what she seen on the menu we decided to stay . Longstory short we really loved the food she really did so that was my main thing is that she was pleased. I had not been to this restaurant in a few years, and was pleasantly surprised to see that they had changed the menu since the last time I visited. It was also my wife's first time there. She liked what she saw on the menu, so we decided to stay. In short, we really enjoyed the food and my main concern was that my wife was satisfied. Our waiter was great, very respectful and well-trained. We will definitely have no problem going back to O Charley's.
Had the best customer experience with Laila in to-go! She was super sweet and fast getting my order out to me. I asked for extra silverware and she had no problem going back in to get it despite this brutal cold!! I've come here several times before for the same order and have never had a to-go server with such great customer service
We greatly enjoy ourselves everytime we come to O'Charlies... this is part of Ladies Day. Our server is awesome and she remembered us right away! We didn't have to wait for our food and drinks are kickin!

Having not visited this restaurant in the year, there was another attempt today and Ralph was our server sitting in bar area! He made me the most amazing strawberry limonade...
Kelly was the best waitress and was very polite and attentive. The food was excellent and well prepared. My husband said it was the best steak ever witnessed by his plate.
