O'charley's Restaurant Bar

The manager about takeout services was very nice with great customer service. My order was not very well prepared, so I called and told the team member who answered my call without resolution. That's when I asked about a manager and explained that I didn't get back through the door lock, but I just wanted to come to the restaurant and make the order right. She was very understanding and told me to ask her. She made the order right and with great service. That was all I wanted was my order and she did. Therefore, I will order from this restaurant as long as there are not too many mistakes in preparing my orders.

Waitress (Marie) was absolutely wonderful ! She was so patient and kind , and my husband and I along with our daughter appreciated her service. The food itself was a bonus as well, we will most definitely return to O'Charleys in Griffin. Very hospitable service and great food. The seafood platter was bomb !!!! Thank you Marie

We had a great meal with an even better waiter Joshua Taylor! We had a big party and he made sure we were all happy and full! So a wonderful restaurant with a great staff! Actually, I haven't had a bad experience yet.

The only thing I had was Antonio the server. He was excellent. But the food was terrible. The asparagus was gummy and burned, among other things. Every court was terrible. will not go back

Food is always great the waitress was a little slow but everyone was friendly
